Our research group is located in the very center of Munich in the campus of MRI clinic of Technical University of Munich.

We study the interactions between the viruses and their hosts on molecular and functional levels, focusing on RNA-protein and protein-protein interactions. Our approach employs state-of-the-art high-throughput experimental techniques and data analysis pipelines (mass spectrometry, NGS, FACS etc).
