Lumiprobe Locations make use of joint virtual software infrastructure and Job location for the position is Moscow, Russia for any type of allocated territory.

 Customer Support Specialist is responsible for increasing Lumiprobe sales within one or several region(s).

Customer Support Specialist

• increases regional sales: work with existing and new leads
• perceives new customers’ needs and propose solutions based on Lumiprobe’s products
• cooperates with Lumiprobe specialists to develop improved operation procedures and marketing materials
• supports regional distributors within the allocated territory

• Good knowledge in life science, biology and/or chemistry.
• BS, MS in chemistry / biology / biochemistry
• At least two years of experience in life science
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Detailed planning and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently/ team-player
• Successful sales / tech support experience or sales trainings considered as advantage.

Salary: 80000 - 100000 RUR net + bonuses
