Responsibilities

• Serve as lead scientific advisor for biotech and pharma client projects
  
• Translate complex biological mechanisms into clear strategic narratives, scripts, and communication concepts
  
• Consult clients on scientific messaging for medical affairs, marketing, investor relations, and corporate communications
  
• Review deliverables for scientific accuracy and strategic relevance
  
• Collaborate with internal PhD scientists, creatives, producers, etc
  
• Manage 5–10 concurrent projects from scientific side
  
• Participate in client calls, presentations, and proposal development
• Identify upsell opportunities and long-term partnership potential

Requirements

• PhD in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Genetics, or related life science field (top-tier university preferred)
  
• 5+ years of experience in scientific consulting, medical communications, biotech/pharma strategy, or client-facing scientific roles
  
• Proven experience working directly with U.S., U.K., or Canadian biotech/pharma clients
  
• Excellent business English; fluent spoken and written communication
  
• Strong ability to explain complex science clearly to executive and non-scientific audiences
  
• Experience managing multiple parallel scientific or client projects
  
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to scientific accuracy
  
• Familiarity with drug development, MoA/MoD storytelling, scientific visualization, or medical affairs needs
  
• Time zone alignment with Europe or Eastern U.S./Canada

Location: EU (preferred), Eastern U.S., Canada (EST), other locations might be considered as well
Language: Native or near-native English + fluent Russian
