Work experience with yeast and bacteria, PCR, electrophoresis (Agarose, SDS-PAGE gel), blotting techniques (Western, Southern, Northern), spectroscopy (spectral analysis, nephelometry), chromatography (TLC, ion-exchange, affinity), non-invasive oximetry (amperometric and conductometric), basic microbiological and biochemical techniques

Knowledge of Programming Languages:

R (main; intermediate), Octave/Matlab (for machine learning; pre-intermediate), Python (beginner)
