Objective: Research fellow, instrumental methods of analysis, genetic engineering and wide variety of other wet lab methods. Open to relocation.
Key skills: gas chromatography (Chrom 5), Liquid chromatography UHPLC (Shimadzu Nexera 30A), proteins purification (various Aekta machines) PCR - analysis, restriction analysis, the creation of vector construction, transformation of bacteria by electroporation, sequencing bacterial genome fragments (Li-cor 4300 DNA analyzer), and different sets of classical methods, agarose horizontal gel electrophoresis; SDS-PAGE vertical electrophoresis, capillary electrophoresis (Kapel 105), ELISA, Western-blot, antibody harvesting from rabbits, basic procedures with mice, working with human and animal tissue cultures. Work with spectrophotometers, photometers and fluorimeters; Protein crystallization by vapor-diffusion method (hanging and siting drop).
