Cell line cultivation, pharmacological tests for compound cytotoxicity and effect. Fluorescent and Confocal microscopy (including basic knowledge and experience in intravital microscopy)
Laboratory animal treatment, surgical invasion, subcutaneous and intraabdominal injections, tumor growth analysis.
Cryostate Proficiency, Immunohistochemistry (H&E staining, DAPI, alpha-SMA).
Broad experience with the following software: IMOD, BD FACS DIVA, PyMol, Prism (statistics), Image J, Leica Aperio Image Scope, Jalview, MEGA.
Programming: Python, Borland C++ Builder, Visual C++.
General software: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Excel), Prezi.
Presentation Skills and Speaking in front of Auditorium, language teaching skills. Passed a special course to improve presentation proficiency(32 academic hours).
English (Full professional proficiency), experience in translation of a paper written in Russian into English. IELTS Academic Band 7 Overall (C1) and a Certificate from MSU confirming Proficiency in Russian-English translation within the biological field of studies.
German language (B1) Passed Speaking, Reading and Listening parts of TestDaF (B2-C1). Zertifikat B1 (DID Munchen).
Romance languages (I speak Italian and Spanish at least B1 and A2 respectively).
Hebrew (alef) - Nowadays learning to improve to "bet".
