I continue to develop my sales and management skills in the global corporation. I really proud of
our production and company philosophy.

Key responsibilities:
• Forecasting, fulfill the sales plan in former USSR countries and Israel (direct and indirect
sales), market analysis, product lines strategy for the region, product trainings for team
and channel partners.

Key achievements:
• 2019, 2020 and 2021 performance: 100% vs plan, 331% vs plan, 136% vs plan
• I have grown up the business from 1M USD in 2018 to 8.7M in 2020 and 6.7M in 2021.
• I have developed relationships with the 2nd biggest Compound Management company in
the World – Enamine. Made the first direct sales in CIS and grow this business from 0 to
1M YoY revenue.
• Was part of team who worked on the SAP CPQ in our region. It’s a new quoting system,
integrated to our CRM. I was working on the sales part: how should interface look like,
what fields do we need, how should we organize the process in our team (develop
standard work), train and support our team.
• I have developed relationships with Israel distributor. During the challenging 2020 year
with COVID situation we established strong communication, transparent and trusted
behavior. We established forecasting and consumables management processes. It
allowed us to gain 75% (from 0%) market share on infectious diseases testing market in
Israel and generate strong recurring consumables revenue flow.

In distributor company you are always like a universal weapon: FAS, product manager, sales manager (all in one).

• Training and customer support for next generation sequencing, capillary electrophoresis,
PCR, lab. automation (epMotion and Biomek). Conducting projects, communicating with
clients and suppliers, speeches at conferences.

Key achievements:
• I am proud of my customers with whom we have started idle devices or mastered new
methods and now they are doing great science! Such as: FEFU; Vektor (Novosibirsk)
and Altay Onco-center; Spb. Otta clinic; Institute for Cytology and Genetics
(Novosibirsk).

My customer’s success results inspire me and helps to work even better.

• Assembly of viral genomes, metagenomics data analyzes, operator of Beckman Coulter
GenomeLab and ABI 3130XL, sample preparation for sanger sequencing and fragment
analysis, PCR tests design and optimization, writing articles, speeches at conferences.
Key achievements
• The conducted population study of the bovine leukemia virus allowed to develop a
universal diagnostic system that is currently used to monitor imported cattle.
• Consensus HTLV-1 genome published on PubMed.
• Received UMNIK grant for young scientists

Sport for me is the tool to move forward in my everyday life and career. It’s great training for planning, strategy and sustainment: to be successful you need to define your SMART goal, develop plan and continuously follow the plan day after day. I use the same approach in my career.
