Подготовка и ведение эксперимента по синтезу металлоорганических соединений, разделение продуктов синтеза, подготовка проб для проведения электрохимических, рентгеноструктурных и спектроскопических исследований (ИК и ЯМР спектроскопия). Работа с веществами чувствительными к воздействию воздуха с использованием линии Шленка, перчаточного бокса. Обработка данных, оформление полученных результатов для публикации (отчеты, статьи, тезисы).
Обобщение, систематизация и анализ полученных данных с целью выбора направления дальнейших исследований.

Qualifications
Research experience in the fields of organometallic and coordination chemistry;
Able to work independently, plan and organize own, group and undergraduate students workload;
Experience in development of research projects and their realization;
Writing, editing and reviewing technical documents, including theses, manuscripts, reports and grand proposal;
Experimental skills and experience
Synthesis, isolation and purification of organometallic and inorganic compounds (mostly air- and moisture-sensitive ones);
Spectroscopic characterization of compounds by IR, NMR (including VT NMR experiments) and EPR spectroscopy;
Exploration of electrochemical properties by cyclic voltammetry;
Growing crystals for structural characterization by X-ray diffraction;
Research interests
Organometallic and coordination chemistry; Transition metal vinylidene complexes and clusters, carbene, carbyne and acetylide complexes; Heterometallic compounds; Homogeneous catalysis; Sonogashira coupling; Organonitrogen compounds; Electrochemistry and redox-induced reactions.
