The Project Manager within the Immunoprofiling team assumes a pivotal cross-functional role, coordinating and facilitating many internal and external R&D initiatives. This role entails comprehensive support throughout the project lifecycle, encompassing ideas creation, project organization, and final realization. A primary responsibility entails liaising with customers and stakeholders to ascertain their requirements and subsequently furnishing the team with requisite informational resources essential for successfully realizing these demands, including but not limited to deadlines, plans, and strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordination of full cycle in internal scientific publication writing (from ideas discussion and team assignment to text drafting and reviewers' responses preparation).
• Coordination of research projects with hospitals in the USA (preparation of reports and presentations, organization of teamwork, keeping paperwork on the project, coordinating work with data, tracking deadlines).
• Implementation of international regulatory guidelines and corresponding employee training (e.g. CAP/CLIA, GCLP, ISO).
• Participation in various RnD processes and work with different levels of internal and external stakeholders, finding out their needs and getting approvals.
• Discovery of new opportunities for Immunoprofiling platform usage in oncology and immunology fields.
• Support of new Immunoprofiling products development: market and unmet needs search, competitors analysis, roadmaps, and timelines creation.

• Ph.D. or equivalent in biology, medicine, biophysics, or other relevant fields.
• English and Russian language proficiency.
• Previous experience in scientific (immunology) and analytical work.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (e.g. CAP/CLIA, ISO, GCLP) will be a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a systematic approach to process-oriented tasks.
